ETT has informed that the Company has received a letter dated June 12, 2024 from Harvinder Singh son of Kuldeep Kaur informing about the sad demise of Kuldeep Kaur on November 13, 2023. Further informed that the deceased was holding 0 (nil) equity share of ETT (Hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and she has been shown under Promoter Category in the shareholding pattern filed with the stock exchange. Therefore requested to remove her name from Promoter Group Category of ETT. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the deceased shall automatically cease to be included as a promoter/ person belonging to promoter group.
