In continuation of its earlier disclosures dated 3rd and 4th June, 2024, Jaiprakash Associates has informed that one of the suspended directors of the Company had preferred an appeal before the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) against the Order dated 3rd June 2024 of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, admitting the Company to CIRP. The said appeal was listed before the Hon’ble NCLAT on 10th June 2024 and after hearing the parties, the Hon’ble NCLAT issued notice directing the parties to file their Replies and listed the matter for further hearing on 24th June 2024. The Order on the same was uploaded on the web portal of the Hon’ble NCLAT on 11th June, 2024, a copy of which is attached.
