DOMS Industries has informed that it enclosed the disclosure regarding the receipt of the Intimation of tax ascertained (‘the said intimation’), by subsidiary, Micro Wood (‘Micro Wood’ or ‘the Company’), from the Office of the State Tax Officer, State Tax Department, Vapi, on account of Mismatch of Input Tax Credit (‘ITC’) in Form GST DRC-01A. The said intimation was received by the Company on June 14, 2024. The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given in the enclosed ‘Annexure - A’.
