Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, Fiem Industries has informed that one of the Senior Management Personnel in the Company, Sanjiv Kumar -V.P. (Accounts & Finance) has resigned from services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on June 17, 2024. The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A, sub-para 7C of Part A of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in Annexure-A. A copy of resignation letter, as received from Sanjiv Kumar, is enclosed as Annexure-B.
