Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, (‘SEBI SBEB Regulations’), Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 have approved allotment of 12,738 equity shares of Re 1/- each, to the option grantees, upon exercise of the options vested with them under the SWREL ESOP Plan at the exercise price of Rs 238/- per share. These Equity Shares shall rank with existing equity shares in all respects. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 23,32,64,923/- consisting of 23,32,64,923 equity shares of Re 1/- each to Rs 23,32,77,661/- consisting of 23,32,77,661 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
