Kriti Industries (India) has informed that the Members of the Company at their 34th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, the 18th June, 2024 have approved for payment of dividend at Rs.0.20 (20%) on the 49603520 Equity Shares of Re 1 each. Also informed that the Dividend will be paid to all members whose names appear in the Register of Members and in case of the shares held in the D-mat Form to those beneficiaries whose names are provided by the CDSL and NSDL as on the cut-off date, 11th June, 2024 for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and entitlement to participate in the dividend. Further informed that the Company will start the credit in the bank account for the year 2023-2024 on or after 24th June, 2024.
