In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with Canara Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Canara Bank has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank / their relatives / Connected Persons to deal in shares / securities of the Bank, shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July 2024 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ending 30.06.2024. The date of the meeting of the Board at which aforesaid financial results are to be approved, will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
