In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Karur Vysya Bank has informed that Dolphy Jose, Chief General Manager & Head of Consumer Banking, Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank, has tendered his resignation and same was accepted. Consumer Banking Division is within the business portfolio of the Executive Director, and is an aggregate of Retail Assets & Retail Liabilities; both segments have leadership roles in the ranks of General Managers and Dy. General Managers. As adequate leadership and oversight is internally available, the Bank is well placed to mitigate any impact from the exit of Head of Consumer Banking. The disclosures as required under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-I and the copy of the resignation letter along with reasons for the resignation is enclosed as Annexure-II.
