Kriti Industries (India) has informed that it submitted a copy of the Notice of the (0112024-25) Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday, the 15th July, 2024 at 3:00 PM, through Video Conferencing ('VC') or Other Audio Video Means ('OAVM') for which purposes the Corporate Office of the Company situated at 8th Floor, Brilliant Sapphire Plot No.10, PSP, IDA, Scheme No.78, Part II, Indore (MP) 452010 shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting and the proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be made thereat. They are also in process to file the aforesaid Notice of (01/2024-25) Extra Ordinary Meeting in XBRL format within the stipulated time and same shall also be hosted at the website of the company.
