Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Kaycee Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024. During the aforesaid period when the trading window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s securities. The date of Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2024 will be intimated in due course.
