Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and based on the intimation received from C B Management Services, Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company, on 24 June, 2024, TIL has informed that the Company has received intimation from the shareholder regarding loss of share certificate with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate, as details enclosed. The duplicate share certificate will be issued only on receipt of adequate documents evidencing loss of the said certificates.
