Aries Agro has informed that the Trading Restriction period is required to commence not later than end of every Quarter and continue till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results, pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) Regulation, Trading Window for Trading in the Company's Equity Shares by all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees and all Employees shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 to the Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for approval and adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 will be communicated separately in due course.
