The company has informed that as per Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, it has also sent individual notices, to the shareholders, who have not claimed dividend for seven or more consecutive years and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the Demat Account of IEPF Authority during the financial year 2024-25.
