Kridhan Infra has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024. During the aforesaid period when the trading window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s securities. The date of Meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
