Suratwwala Business Group has informed that as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. The Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
