GeeCee Ventures has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all its Directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Monday 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 as approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the Stock Exchanges. The Trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting to approve Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 shall be intimated separately.
