Ganesha Ecosphere has made further investment of Rs 100 crore in the Equity Share Capital of the Ganesha Ecopet, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company on June 26, 2024 by subscribing to 10,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each, at PAR, on rights basis. The above invested funds will be used by the subsidiary in repayment of its debts and/ or other general corporate purposes.
