Pursuant to Bank’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and any amendments thereto, Karur Vysya Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Monday, July 01, 2024 till the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending June 30, 2024 and two days thereafter. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank’s securities by the Directors, Promoters and Promoters Group, Designated Persons, all Connected Persons and Immediate Relatives as defined in the Bank’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024 will be informed in due course.
