Jana Small Finance Bank has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank by the designated persons will remain closed from 01st July 2024 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. The said period of closure of trading window has been intimated to all concerned designated persons. Further, Intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors for approving Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending 30th June 2024 shall be given in due course.
