Karur Vysya Bank has inaugurated two new branches. The bank has opened these two branches at Swathi Theatre Road, Bhavanipuram in Vijaywada and Jaya Nagar Second Street, Karumandapam in Trichy. The bank has inaugurated these branches on October 26, 2011.
Earlier in September, the bank opened four new branches. The bank opened its two branches at Dindigul Road and Kasulcara Chetty Street in Tamil Nadu. The other two branches opened at Bapatla and Kavali in Andhra Pradesh.
Karur Vysya Bank is among 6 old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
