In accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Pricol has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. Pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the Company has also updated the Trading Window closure period for the quarter ending 30th June, 2024 along with the relevant details in the National Securities Depository (NSDL) portal (designated Depository Participant) for restricting trading by Designated Persons by freezing PAN at security level in compliance with the said circular. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
