Bajel Projects has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from July 1,2024, for the designated persons, their immediate relatives, and for the connected persons of the Company. The same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid quarterly unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course. The same be treated as compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI PIT Regulations and Company’s Code.
