In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Aether Industries has informed that the company, has executed a Strategic Supply Agreement (SSA) with Baker Hughes. The SSA was executed on 25 June 2024 in USA.
