As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 (including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019) and Companies Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, Advance Lifestyles has informed that the ‘Trading restriction period’ shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.
