Candour Techtex has informed that as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons’ of the Company, read with, applicable regulations of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from July 01, 2024 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024 will be considered. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024, will be intimated in due course.
