In terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, framed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Accel has informed that he Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from 1st July, 2024, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
