Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, GMR Power and Urban Infra has informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from the closure of business hours of June 30, 2024 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The company will separately intimate the exchange regarding the date of the Board Meeting to consider the said un-audited financial results.
