As per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, K.P. Energy has informed that for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) and Insiders from July 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. All the Employees (including Directors) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately in due course.
