In continuation to our letter dated 25th June, 2024, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed from Wednesday, 26th June, 2024 till the expiry of forty-eight hours, after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 to the public.
