Jagson Airlines jumps on plans to re-start its operation shortly

Jagson Airlines is currently trading at Rs. 2.69, up by 0.12 points or 4.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 2.57 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2.69 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2.69 and Rs. 2.69 respectively. So far 9000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9.72 on 01-Oct-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.57 on 07-Jun-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2.95 and Rs. 2.57 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.53% while Non-Institutions held 28.47% respectively.

Jagson Airlines has taken decision to re-start its operation shortly and is working towards the same. The company has also appointed few crew members, engineers to start the activities.

Jagson Airlines is one of the pioneers in the field of air taxi operations. The company is the first private airline to avail of the opportunities accorded by this policy. The company’s fleet consists of three Dornier-228 (Dornier Lufthart German) aircraft - a product of the most renowned and time-proven German technology and one VTERR Chetak helicopter.
