SVP Global Textiles has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE circular no LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 & Company’s internal Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the window for trading in the share of Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 for all designated persons (as defined in the code) of the Company. All the Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons/Employees, connected persons, fiduciary and their relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The details of the date of Board Meeting for approval of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter on 30th June, 2024 shall be informed in due course.
