Further, the trading window for dealing in securities shall remain closed to till completion of 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course.
