Shalby is all set to execute lease agreement with The Santacruz Residents Association running Smt. Bhikhubai Chandulal Jalundwala General Hospital (BCJ) (Trust) (also known as Asha Parekh Hospital, Santacruz, Mumbai) after Charity Commissioner, Maharashtra State granting permission to the Trust for executing lease with the Company for a period of 30 years.
This will enable the Company to expand its horizon in Santacruz, Mumbai by constructing new healthcare facility of 175+ bedded, which shall be equipped with state?of?the?art equipment and technology, thereby leveraging its quality multi?specialty services to citizens of Mumbai, rest of Maharashtra, rest of India and global medical tourists.
