Prestige Estates Projects has reported 22.61% fall in sale bookings to Rs 3029.50 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal (Q1FY25) as against Rs 3914.70 crore during Q1FY24. During the quarter, Prestige Estates sold 2.86 million square feet area with an average realisation of Rs 11,934 per square feet (for apartments /villas and Commercial spaces).
The sales Collections for the quarter stood at Rs 2916.20 crore, up by 6 % year-on-year (Y-o-Y).
