Optimus Finance has received Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ (MCA) approval for Incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in the name of ‘Maximus Infra Ventures’ on July 11, 2024. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has also issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same.
Maximus Infra Ventures is a wholly owned subsidiary of Optimus Finance which shall enable to capitalize on growth opportunities in the dynamic real estate, infrastructure and construction sector. This strategic move will enhance the company’s agility and strengthen its customer-centric approach, positioning it for sustained success in these markets.
Optimus Finance is engaged in Non-Banking Finance activity consisting of Investment in Shares and Securities and other investment and financing activities.
