Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 02, 2024, to consider and approve (i) the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2024, along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors thereon; and (ii) any other matter. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Tinna Code of Practices & Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and its communication letter dated June 26, 2024, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed for Designated Person(s), Connected Person(s) and their immediate relative(s) with effect from July 01, 2024 and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results for first quarter ended June 30, 2024 generally made available to the public.
