Fairchem Organics has informed that pursuant to the Regulations 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, through Audio-Visual means, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (under IND-AS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024; and any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, as intimated earlier vide letter dated June 24, 2024, the Trading Window as per the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, shall continue to remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons from July 1, 2024 up to August 7, 2024 for the purpose of announcement of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results.
