With reference to news item published in electronic / print media Re. MHADA auctions 2.2 acres Oshiwara plot to Medanta hospital for Rs 125 Crores and pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, Global Health has clarified that the Company has participated in the e-auction tender of land issued by Mumbai Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) measuring 8859.24 sq. meters situated at Mauje-Oshiwara, Jogeshwari, CTS No. 31, 32 (part), 33 (part), 37 (part), Mumbai, Maharastra. The Company has offered Rs 125.11 Crores as consideration for the land in its bid. The company will keep the exchanges and investors informed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI LODR, of further developments in this regard.
