Godrej Properties’ subsidiary Wonder Space Properties (WSPPL) has signed a development agreement with Southend Infrastructure for the development of plot of land admeasuring 5.1588 acres approximately 20,877 square meters as a residential project. The plot is situated in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase- 1, New Delhi.
