Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Samkrg Pistons And Rings has informed that CS SURABHI R JAIN (ACS -55650) vide her letter dated 19th July, 2024 has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for Personal Reason. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the afore mentioned regulation. The Board of Directors of the Company placed its appreciations for the valuable services rendered by CS SURABHI R JAIN to the Company during her tenure. Further, the information as required under regulation 30 of LODR for resignation of Company Secretary is enclosed as Annexure I.
