Indian Hotels Co has informed that further to letter dated July 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held earlier today, considered and took on record the Un-audited (Reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Enclosed is a copy of the said Financial Results of the Company and the Limited Review Report, being forwarded in terms of the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The said results shall be published in one English and one vernacular newspaper as required. The meeting commenced at 2.00 pm and concluded at 4:00 pm.
