In compliance with Regulation 34(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, as amended read with applicable circulars of MCA and SEBI, IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has informed the Annual Report for the Financial Year (FY) 2023-24 comprising the Notice of the AGM, the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the FY 2023-24 along with Board’s Report, Auditor’s Report and other document required to be attached thereto, is being sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s). In compliance with the aforesaid Regulation, a copy of the Annual Report along with notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2023-24, being sent to the shareholders through electronic mode, are attached.
