Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Medinova Diagnostic Services has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, to consider and approve: The unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024; and Other Corporate matters. Further, as informed by its communication dated June 27, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results i.e. up to August 1, 2024.
