With respect to the Rights Issue of fully paid-up Equity Shares of our Company, Indowind Energy has confirmed that in accordance with Regulation 84(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (SEBI ICDR Regulations), the Company has issued the following public announcement (the Pre-Issue Advertisement) published on July 23, 2024 in the following newspapers: (i) Financial Express (English national daily newspaper with wide circulation), (ii) Jansatta (Hindi national daily newspaper with wide circulation) and (iii) The Hindu (Tamil daily newspaper / Chennai Edition). It has enclosed copy of the Pre-Issue Advertisement dated July 23, 2024 in the above mentioned newspapers. All capitalized terms used in this letter and not defined shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in the Letter of Offer.
