Bank of Baroda has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda will be held on Wednesday, 31st July 2024 at Bank’s Corporate Office, BKC, Mumbai: to consider & approve the Un-audited (Reviewed) Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank together with relevant segment reporting, for the quarter / three months ended 30th June 2024. In view of the aforesaid, it has informed that Trading Window in terms of ‘Bank of Baroda Codes of Fair Disclosure and Conduct’ read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will re-open for trading with effect from 03rd August 2024, the closure of which has already been announced by them beginning from 01st July 2024 vide its letter no. BCC:ISD:116:16:225 dated 26th June 2024.
