Adani Power (APL) has acquired 10,000 equity shares of Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) (MTEUPPL) (being 0.025% of MTEUPL’s total equity shares) from Adani Infra (India) (AIIL), resulting in MTEUPL now becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The object is to set up infrastructure facilities/ capacity augmentation of the company.
