Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, 2015, Kirloskar Oil Engines has informed that, the Company has received intimation for loss of share certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent viz. Link Intime India (RTA) on 24th July 2024. Subject to the compliance of requirements and receipt of requisite documents, the Company shall issue duplicate share certificate to the aforesaid shareholder. Copy of Email intimation received from RTA is enclosed for reference.
