Chalet Hotels has received approval for purchase of a land parcel in the state of Goa. Once purchased, the Company aims to develop a 5-Star luxury hotel on the said land. The land parcel measures around 11 acres. The Company is in the process of executing definitive agreement in accordance with the applicable laws and procedural requirements. The size of agreement is Rs 137 crore (exclusive of Stamp Duty and Registration charges which will be at actuals). A committee of the Board at its meeting held on July 26, 2024 has approved the same.
