Manappuram Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, to consider the Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the company for the period and quarter ended June 30, 2024, and for considering declaration of Interim Dividend. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the period and quarter ended June 30, 2024 and shall be re-opened on the starting of business hours of August 16, 2024, in Stock Exchanges.
