Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PSP Projects has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 02, 2024 at the registered office of the company to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and its immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company for all the Designated persons has already been closed with effect from Monday, July 1, 2024 till Forty-eight hours after the declaration of the said financial results of the company.
